A friend I knew with Acne

I knew this kid who had acne so bad that his face used to look like a topographical map. I am not kidding either. The pimples used to range from small red dots to huge mountainous whiteheads. It was pretty hard for him to get along because most of the other kids were mean to him because of his acne.
